If you're talking about hetarchive, that's not set up for anyone else to join. I just set it up as a companion journal for HFA. There's nothing on that journal that is members only.

If you're trying to search for episodes in Portuguese, I'm afraid I can't help you. You could try asking someone on hetalia_br.
